1. Posters!

Posters are a boring wall’s best friend. We have awesome posters that will help students understand agriculture a bit better!

  • Plant Parts We Eat – Shows students how sometimes we are eating the fruit, stem, leaf, flower or seeds of a plant.
  • My Food Connection Poster –   Side 1 introduces students to the farmers who grow different food groups. Side 2 explores the food groups and portion recommendations.
  • Ag Career Posters – Great for older classrooms, these posters show off the many different career options agriculture has to offer.

2. Bulletin Boards!

Bulletin boards are a great way to start a conversation, inspire students, and help spark excitement about a topic. Why not make an Ag Themed board!

3. Create an Ag Book Library

Stock your library with accurate ag books! You can search our database of accurate ag books by grade level to help you pick out some good ones for your reading area!

BONUS!

For those students who always seem to breeze through assignments – print off some fun My American Farm activity sheets! Have them pick one up when they have completed the main assignment.
