The Kid Who Changed the World
By Andrews, Andy
This book shares how the contributions of Norman Borlaug were influence by people around him. Henry Wallace, George Washington Carver, and Moses Carver each had direct or indirect influence on his achievement. The theme of the book is that anyone may be making an impact on the world and not realize it at the time. It would be a good introduction to learning more about Norman Borlaug and his work. It is a nice story, but not strong on the ag connection.
